inji electrifies washington, dc
About 2 years ago, I had the amazing opportunity to photograph rising pop-star Inji at The Atlantis in Washington, DC. About 2 weeks ago, I had the same amazing opportunity to photograph her at the 9:30 Club; Atlantis' larger sister venue. Both performances blew my expectations out of the water - the ecstatic energy Inji brought to the stage flowed throughout the audience who returned it right back to her. Singing, dancing, laughing, yelling, and everything in-between flooded

Young the Giant Started off June in The Florida Leg of Their Victory Garden Tour, With cold War Kids and Almost Monday
It was such a pleasure at the beginning of this month catching Young the Giant again in South Florida. While I covered them a few years ago in Miami, this time around was a bit further north in Fort Lauderdale at the War Memorial Auditorium, a beautiful relatively new venue (that happens to be right next door to where I'm living now)! With his unforgettable live performances across the DMV area at iconic venues such as the 9:30 Club, as well as touring cross-country with artists such as The Thing With

cry harder by gawjuss
Produced by Gawjuss in Leeds with the help of engineering by Alex Greaves comes “Cry Harder”, the lead single from the band’s upcoming debut album called “ Prototypical ”. Wilkinson explains that the new single is about “coming to terms with who you used to be after too much time spent alone.” From the opening beat to the very last note, you’re hit with an explosion of dark and heavy drum beats and intense vocals; it’s almost as if you’re being pulled everywhere.
