Body Type have blasted back into business with their first new music in three years and the announcement of their upcoming debut album.

The new release ‘Sex & Rage’ is everything we missed from the Australian band Body Type – it’s bold, frisky, and surging with electricity. The song premises the idea of searching for exhilaration and passion in the unoriginal cliches of life. Sex and rage are a natural part of the human condition, and something that everyone shares in a way that is individual to that person. ‘Sex & Rage’ taps into this by admitting a craving of original expression of those two things in an uninspired world.

Set to the sound of punk-rock instrumentals, Body Type have masterfully created an anthem which lends itself to a killer live performance. Accompanied by a music video, Body Type visually encaptures the themes of ‘Sex & Rage’ in a compelling and humours way. The video brilliantly displays the colour and creative chaos of Body Type.

Boasting with ragged guitars and punky percussion, the new music from Body Type is an exciting new taste of what is to come. Their debut album “Everything is Dangerous but Nothing’s Surprising” promises a new era of Body Type music, exploring a range of experiences like yanking back control, embracing abandon, and purging despair.
