destroy boys: crybaby x vixen EP

Back in early March, I mentioned that I was looking forward to the release of the new Destroy Boys EP, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The band dropped two new tracks, Crybaby and Vixen, on April 5th. I’ve been jamming to it non stop ever since, this EP is just bursting with energy! The vocals are powerful and the guitar riffs make you wanna jump right into a mosh pit (which you conveniently might have the chance to do, as they just announced they are heading out on tour with The Regrettes this summer!) The new songs really show the growth of the band, the vocals sound stronger and more mature, I’m so happy with the progress they’ve been making. This band has an incredible knack for capturing the energy and angst of the riot girl movement, whilst also keeping it new and exciting. These girls are still so young, and are making incredible music, I can’t wait to see what they’ll create in the future but until then, I’ll just be here rocking out to this EP!
